Captains Walk is the only true Ocean Front property in Palmetto Dunes. Villa 413 is a 1,761 sq/ft, 3 bedroom corner villa located on the third floor with an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. Several beach facing dining locations are within a 10-minute walk, and from this centrally located property, there are bike paths to every part of the Palmetto Dunes resort and throughout the island.
We update the villa annually to keep it fresh! Our first major upgrade was a redo of the master bath, adding a walk-in shower and expanding it to make it the largest master found in any 3-bedroom unit in Captains Walk. In the spring of 2022, we updated the other two bathrooms, adding another walk-in shower, and making one of the bedroom/bathroom combos essentially a second master. We left the tub in the middle bathroom for those with children, but replaced the surround and updated the faucets. Both remodels included new vanities and toilets.
The villa has outside views from every bedroom and a private balcony. The view from the master bedroom is almost identical to the view from the balcony, pictured to the right, taken with an iPhone with no zoom! The villa is at the north end of Captains Walk, which means there is no noise from the pool and nobody will be walking past your rooms. The 3rd floor is low enough that you can easily use the stairwell right outside the villa’s door.
ALSO – Villa 413 has the largest master bathroom of any 3 bedroom unit in Captains Walk. We completely updated the master bath in 2018 adding a walk-in shower and combining the standard tiny bathroom and changing area into one large room.
In the summer you can watch the moon rise from the balcony – in the winter you can watch the sunrise. At any season you can sit in air-conditioned comfort and enjoy the ocean!
